NOTE: Due to our catering contract, we are unable to provide on-site food for all who register on or after February 9, 2023. Please either provide your own snacks and lunch for each day of the conference, and/or find food at nearby restaurants or vendors. (We cannot provide a registration discount for those who will not be receiving catered food at the conference.)

$500: MD, DO, PhD, PA, NPs, Pharmacists, Clinical psychologists, Clinical fellows/residents; advocates/lobbyists; administrators; MBAs; lawyers. This category includes people who have retired from those careers.

$350 RNs, LVNs, SWs, chaplains, end-of-life doulas, unsalaried advocates/lobbyists.

$200 Students: Please first document enrollment by emailing [email protected] (attach student ID card). This fee category does not include paid training positions i.e. residencies/fellowships, post-docs, etc.

Scholarship requests, based on financial need and availability: Please fill out this request form.

Organizational discounts: If an organization has more than 10 staff or volunteers attending the conference, there is the possibility of a discounted rate. Please fill out this request form before your associates register. For individuals who work with a large organization, please check to see if they’ve arranged a discount before you register on this page. If you register on this page, you cannot receive the discount. Contact [email protected] if you are uncertain about whether your organization has received a discount.

Cancellations will be accepted until 2/1/23.
As of 2/2/23, cancellations must be based on a Covid positive test and/or significant symptoms or high-risk exposure. Cancellations not related to Covid will not be accepted as of 2/2/23.
All refunds will deduct a 10% administrative fee.
